Mobile Physiotherapy Assessments and Treatments in the comfort of your own home/workplace.

I cover a wide range of injuries/conditions, from Sports or work related injuries, Back/Neck injuries, Whiplash, Arthritis, Mobility problems, Neurological conditions (Stroke, MS, Parkinson's Disease and many more), and general muscular/postural problems.

I use a variety of treatment techniques to provide a quality service, including Acupuncture, Massage and Myofascial Release techniques. I am trained in Reiki (Hands off Healing) and am a trained Yoga teacher, running Yoga classes and one-to-one sessions.
