Saughtree Old Manse is located in beautiful Liddesdale 8 miles north east of Newcastleton and 7 miles north of Kielder village. It is a beautiful detached 18^th century house which was sympathetically extended and renovated in 2006.

Our principal guest room has a double bed, armchairs, and a day bed which can be used a full-sized single bed. The beautifully equipped private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. A further large double bedroom is available for larger parties.

Only one party of guests stays at the Old Manse at any time, enabling us to provide a dedicated and very personal service. Guests are welcome to wander in the garden; relax in the tranquil garden room; and, browse our books and music collections.

A leisurely breakfast is served in the dining room with its picturesque outlook over the valley. Typically it will include freshly prepared fruit salad, freshly ground coffee, yoghurts, fruit juice, cereals, and your choice from our, locally sourced, hot food menu.
